John Bernard talks abou the new military revised rules of engagement. It cost his son's life and and he is trying to help save lives by getting this administration to change the rules of engagement which places our men in more danger than they already . With the deaths of two US troops Sunday, a total of 24 Americans, most of them military, have died in a 48-hour period. October 2009 has seen 58 fatalities, the deadliest month for the US military since the Afghanistan war began in Oct. 2001 -part of the reason to the dramatic increase maybe the revised rules of engagement which has emboldened the enemy.
