The Battle is in the Mind. Help yourself with reading God's word for it is your greatest weapon so finding a good Bible is a must .

Personally for me journaling has been a great stress reliever and after having worked with many people that are hurting for over 22 years--God led me to form the book--City On A Hill Prayer Journal.
